Dreadful Writing Competition entry

Oh bother!

I have been tagged in a writing competition by Carslemane Foraix, from Daly Waters in Australia, and my mind is a complete blank.

Ah, I say! Here is my entry, found in Mrs Milngavie's scrapbook.

To understand this a little further, it is necessary to know that, hereabouts, the locals often mix up their 'Ls' with their 'Rs'. I say! The roof must have been tired after its flight.

Menzies, I too find that resizing the IE window fixes that problem. Have you encountered the problem elseweher, or is it peculiar to my blog?

Excellent entry, in the spoof newspaper cutting genre. May I ask:

Surely the roof wouldn't have tasted any good, even if it was fryed, in some kind of beer batter it seems.

brew off the roof? Not the safest of places to make beer.

dlizzres is hard to pronounce, maybe it's easier in Swahili or whatever.

I hope this helps. Robmcj.

My Dear Robmcj,

I fear it is only your blog which is peculiar.

Mingin!
As a verified awfur, I think I should try to help with the entry: Here goes:

The wind skipped through the akuri bushes real fine, but after they'd left me alone, I had to ask myself how I could get to Algafuri? I gave myself no answer. Decided to stay put.

Hotboy in ra genre!

My Dear Hotboy,

I fear you have made your entry for the writing competition at the wrong blog.

However, I shall endeavour to let Carslemane know of your missive.
