Another quiet night

Nothing at all last night, apart from a little mvula (rain) which was not heavy enough to disturb us (when it rains heavily, the noise on the roof is enough to raise the dead).

Wow, thank you for blogging. I came across your blog via nextblog and am excited that you are blogging. I live in San Francisco and reading about hunting and Malawi is far-removed from my everyday life. Please keep blogging.

My Dear Magpie,

How delightful of you to drop by my blog. I hope that you will return soon.

If there is anything you would like to know about this wonderful country, known as the Warm Heart of Africa, just ask.

Magpie - feel free to drop in at the UnHeard & McDonald Islands any time, once they've cleaned up after the hurricane. When you come, you can rent a cabin at the Club 18-50.

Julia - according to the sensei, that's not the spelling of tennessee. Are you sure you're cut out for the spam business?

MM - I have the same problem with the tin roof on my bedroom. Fortunately, until Hurricane Sandra hit, we were in the third year of a drought. When the rain wakens you, try putting a heavy old pillow over your upper ear. It works for me, and I hope it helps you.
